Dedicated NMBDR volunteers bring Help, Hope, and the Healing, life-changing Good News of Jesus Christ to our neighbors in need -- across town, across the state, or across the nation.
The Lord Provides! Our recent efforts to acquire a skid steer and trailer for NMBDR was rewarded when both became available at significant discounts. This equipment will greatly expand our efficiency and effectiveness as we respond to disasters in New Mexico and across the country.
YOU can be a part of our ministry by donating to help cover the cost of this new equipment, the cost of recent responses in Silver City, Roswell, Vado and Ruidoso, and future deployments as we GO, SERVE, AND SHARE the Good News to our neighbors in crisis.
NMBDR works side-by-side with NM churches, Emergency Managers, the American Red Cross, The Salvation Army, FEMA, and the Department of Homeland Security to provide services including mass feeding, storm clean-up, emergency communications, childcare, and crisis intervention.
Whether responding to fires or floods, in NM or hurricanes along the US coast, hundreds of NMBDR volunteers are trained, background checked, and prepared to respond whenever disaster strikes.

As an affiliate of the nationwide Southern Baptist Disaster Relief organization, NMBDR can also quickly access more than 80,000 trained volunteers and a fleet of more than 1,500 mobile assets to respond to emergencies such as fires, floods, windstorms, tornadoes, and snow/ice storms. When disaster strikes, NMBDR stands ready to serve.
